Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Vitality Natural Health ("Vitality Health," "we," "us") collects through vitality-naturalhealth.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to this website only, not to any third-party site you reach by clicking a link here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message. This site does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we and our service providers automatically collect:

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for three purposes: to make the site work, to measure how our pages perform, and to measure the performance of our advertising. Specifically:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site behave. Most major advertising networks also offer their own opt-out controls, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

3. How we use information

4. Sensitive information and health topics

We cover health topics, but we do not ask you for health information and you should not send us any. We do not knowingly collect medical records, diagnoses, or other health data, and we do not build health profiles about identifiable individuals. Reading an article about a condition is not, and is not treated by us as, a statement that you have that condition.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share limited information with:

Under some U.S. state privacy laws, sharing information with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioural advertising counts as a "sale" or "share" even when no money changes hands. You may opt out at any time using the contact details below.

6. International transfers

We operate internationally and our service providers may process data in the United States, Brazil, and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. How long we keep it

Analytics and attribution data is retained in identifiable form for up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

8. Your rights

If you are in the United States, depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to obtain a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, including objection to processing based on our legitimate interests, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

If you are in Brazil, you have the rights set out in the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@vitality-naturalhealth.com. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorised agent where the law permits.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information where applicable law requires it. Browser "Do Not Track" headers are not currently standardised and we do not respond to them.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use HTTPS across the site and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

13. Contact

The controller of your personal data is Vitality Natural Health, publisher of vitality-naturalhealth.com. All privacy enquiries and rights requests should be sent to contact@vitality-naturalhealth.com, which is our designated contact point for this purpose. If you need a postal address for a formal notice, request it at that address and we will provide one.
